Put Pool Store Pro on each testing-counter computer. Launch customer pool and hot tub testing from its own icon, access your store’s saved records, and open the Poolside Fix website whenever you need it.
Install once on each computer. Sign in with your existing store account; your customers, tests and membership stay connected.
Set up your desktop icon
Windows or Mac · Chrome / Edge
- Choose Download Desktop App and confirm the browser’s installation prompt.
- If no prompt appears, use the install icon near the address bar. In Chrome, you can also use Menu → Cast, save, and share → Install page as app.
- Choose a desktop shortcut or pin the app to your taskbar when offered. In Chrome, open
chrome://apps, right-click Pool Store Pro, and choose Create shortcut. In Edge, openedge://appsand manage the installed app.
Mac · Safari
On macOS Sonoma 14 or later, open the testing portal and sign in first. Choose File → Add to Dock, name it Pool Store Pro, and click Add. For a desktop icon, create an alias of the app in your home folder’s Applications folder and move the alias to the desktop.
If Safari saves a different opening page, open the app’s Settings → Application URL and set it to https://www.poolsidefix.com/store-pro/workspace. You may need to sign in again inside the app.
Just want a simple desktop shortcut?
Download the shortcut for your computer, then move it from Downloads to your desktop. It opens the testing portal in your default browser. For the branded app icon and a separate app window, use installation above.
Customer testing needs an internet connection and an active Pool Store Pro membership. Installing the app has no extra charge. Each employee uses their own invited staff account.
