Practical answers about accounts, customer records and the limits of pool-care guidance.
Your account and your team
Business workspaces use organization membership and role checks. Professional technicians see assigned work; management tools require manager access. Keep individual sign-ins and review staff access regularly.
A report is not an account
A specific report link or QR gives its recipient access to that report. Treat it as a private link and share it only with the intended customer. It does not grant access to the full workspace.
Ongoing customer connections need approval. A report being created does not prove it was delivered or read.
Take your records with you
Water logs and Store Pro have CSV exports for supported records. Company managers can export professional records and approval history. Check the export contents; uploaded photos may need to be saved separately.
No guaranteed recovery period or backup restoration service is promised here. Keep your own copies of important business documents.
Clear billing and access
Paid Customer Pro and Store Pro billing is managed through Payhip. Review the checkout terms and keep your receipt. Contractor and Service Pro are pilot tools, not separately sold subscriptions at present.
Manage your membership →Measured results, honest limits
Untested values must stay unmeasured. Product strength, water volume and other readings can affect a recommendation. Review the exact product label and equipment instructions before acting.
Photo readings need your review. Membership and training completion are not a professional license or independent certification.
When something goes wrong
Read the save confirmation before leaving a form. Device reminders depend on permission and connectivity. We do not display an “all systems operational” badge without monitoring evidence.
For access, privacy or record questions, send a support inquiry without including sensitive records.
