Add Customer Pro to your computer or iPad for a direct shortcut to your pools, hot tubs, water tests and saved plans. Keep using your phone app whenever you’re poolside.
Use the same Customer Pro account on every device to access your saved records. Installation does not require another subscription.
Set up your Customer Pro icon
Windows or Mac · Chrome / Edge
- Choose Download Desktop / iPad App and confirm installation.
- If no prompt appears, use the install icon beside the address bar. In Chrome, choose Menu → Cast, save, and share → Install page as app.
- Choose a desktop shortcut or pin the app when offered. In Chrome, open
chrome://apps, right-click Poolside Fix Customer Pro, and choose Create shortcut. In Edge, manage the app atedge://apps.
Mac · Safari
On macOS Sonoma 14 or later, open your Customer Pro workspace, then choose File → Add to Dock. Name it Customer Pro and choose Add. To put it on the desktop, create an alias of the app in your home folder’s Applications folder and move the alias to your desktop.
If it opens a different page, set the app’s Settings → Application URL to https://www.poolsidefix.com/water-log/pro/workspace.
Download a simple desktop shortcut
Move the downloaded file to your desktop. It opens Customer Pro in your default browser. Use installation above for the branded icon and a separate app window.
Already installed Poolside Fix, or need help signing in?
If the browser offers to open your existing app instead of installing Customer Pro, open this setup page in your browser and use its manual install menu, or choose a desktop shortcut above. You can keep both icons.
Sign in with the same account associated with your membership to open your saved records. If Safari or the installed app does not keep your sign-in, use Sign in to this phone on the access screen to obtain a private connection code; that recovery option also works on iPad. Keep the code private.
Installation has no extra charge. Customer Pro requires an active membership. An internet connection is needed to sign in and synchronize saved records; offline test entry synchronizes when you reconnect.
